HOW

NuCure_4c

WORKS

NuCure Cold Cure UV technology is an evolutionary leap forward for pipe lining.
UV curing is complete in just 10 minutes providing structural pipe rehabilitation faster and more efficiently than ever before.

How we create a “pipe-within-a-pipe” with UV light

Blocked pipe

1

Blocked, root-intruded and corroded pipes are cleaned with tools and processes appropriate to the situation.

Saturated liner

2

A flexible, epoxy saturated liner is pushed or pulled into place through existing access points. An internal bladder is inflated pressing the liner against the pipe wall.

Light core

3

UV lights are activated for 10 minutes to densely cure the light activated resin.

Pipe within a pipe

4

The bladder is deflated and removed, leaving behind a clean and seamless “pipe-within-a-pipe”.

What Pipes can you
Line with NUCure?

Used in systems such as drains, sewers, storm water and roof drains, pipe lining works on all major types of drainage piping materials, both inside and outside the building or home. NuCure Cold Cure UV pipe lining can be installed in pipes from 2 to 6 inches in diameter. Because it uses existing plumbing access points, lining works with minimal disruption to the home or business, and avoids digging or destruction to buildings or landscape, preventing displacement, business/residence closure and minimizes system down time. UV curing gets the job done in record time and is not affected by fluctuations in weather.

What is the Process?

Pipe inspection

First, blocked or corroded pipes are inspected by camera and then cleaned with one of several cleaning techniques.

Then an epoxy saturated flexible liner is pulled into place inside the existing pipe, through a cleanout or other existing access point. An internal rubber bladder is then inflated, pressing the fiberglass reinforced liner with epoxy coating against the pipe walls. Then a UV light core is activated to cure the resin in 10 minutes. Once complete, the bladder is then deflated and removed, and the pipe lining process leaves you with a clean and seamless “pipe-within-a-pipe.

What Are
the Benefits?

nud-svg-1

Cost Effective

Our method of pipe relining doesn’t require a workforce of plumbers or lots of machinery. There’s no need to open walls or dig up any landscaping, allowing for a faster process with little or no reconstruction costs, making it even more affordable.

Minimal Disruption

UV curing is complete in 10 minutes allowing installers to get more done each day. Our solution doesn’t require excavation or destruction and therefore translates to less mess and minimal disruption to your daily lifestyle.

Complete Solution

Pipe lining can structurally repair drainage pipes with strength superior to that of un-lined pipes. The lined pipe is so tough that it can prevent infiltration by tree roots and provides a steadier and smoother flow of water.
